[Milsurplus] R-100/URR AC Power

Hi All,

Working on my R-100/URR, and found an intermittant 1 meg audio pot w/power switch (now defunct).  I have another audio 1 meg pot w/switch coming from Antique Radios, but noticed that the schematic has one side of the AC going to the neg side of the 90V battery pack.  no other connection when in AC position.  In AC position, that means that one side of the 115/230v line is open.

Can this be correct?  I realize that this is a transformerless set, and I am not really familar with this type of setup.  Mine is a Phil 44-03 set with the 115/230 switch.  Any help would be appriciated, have some time as the package has to be re-sent to an APO before it gets to me here in Oman.
