Could be, they called them Atlas/agenas at the time,
 Had 12 sites/silos.  Never got them all fully going, had 
some problems with 1 or 2.  I do know the one near my
home town was ready as that sucker was out of the silo, 
clouds of "steam" LOX coming off it when Kennedy was
shot, I drove right past it and all the armed guards on road.
