Sorry, the link seems fouled up

*****************

There were no Atlas/Agenas there.

The Atlas was a liquid fueled ICBM and may well have been there, but the
Agena was a Lockheed upper stage, used only for orbital missions. The
Atlas boosters were removed from duty stations, refurbished by General
Dynamics, and redesignated the SLV-3 (Space Launch Vehicle).

Atlas/Agenas were ONLY launched from WTR and ETR (Vandenberg and Kennedy,
respectively). Many were spy missions.

I had payloads on two of them.

Best,
-John
