[Milsurplus] Navy REM dual panadapter

Dual IF panadapters with those frequencies seem to have been most often 
used with Hallicrafters SX-28 and S-27 (or S-36) receivers in 
countermeasures surveillance work, Nick.  The Signal Corps had their 
BC-1031 and BC-1032 equivalents for the same purpose.  Of course, the 
panadapter doesn't care what receivers are connected as long as the IF 
is right.
