[Milsurplus] Navy REM dual panadapter

I think most HF receivers used with panadapters had 455 kc IFs. Two 
common VHF receivers used were the Hallicrafters S27 & S36 which had 
5.25 Mc IFs.
Perhaps this unit allowed monitoring of both HF & VHF spectrum at once.
