[Milsurplus] BC-654-A marked "401"

[Hue Miller]

Actually, just the key is marked "401" in blue, in a blue diamond

shaped outline. I wonder if this indicates a military unit. If so,

which. A limited search came up with only "401 Glider Infantry

Regiment", glider landed infantry.  This is one of the earlier BC-654

with the AVC switch. Any ideas? Or is this what I came up with,
