Have you looked at the manual? Robert Downs likely has copies.

I'm pretty sure the cables are pin-to-pin w/o cross-connects, but that's
not certain.

If you want period correct wires, that is not easy. I generally use 19
strand white Teflon hook-up wire, roughly #16 to #20, inside a jacket of
black or white Expando tubing.

Ready made original cables are likely still in the planes.
