The one pictured appears to be a vintage original.  15 or 20 years ago, a 
Bell retiree gave me a pair of them, and said they were known in his work 
area as the Thousand Line Screw Screwdrivers.  I passed one of them on to 
someone who I think I remember.  More recently I discovered that they were still 
made but not quite as good a quality.  Different color, too.

Anyway, this is the screwdriver that makes putting a new cord or plug onto 
a vintage military headset of microphone a routine job instead of one that 
you would have to flip a coin to decide whether you would prefer to have a 
root canal instead of doing.

Now if I could just find one of the crimping tools for the cord retaining 
ring...
