[Milsurplus] R-584 / MRC-20

Group and several who asked for the info,

I have finished extracting the information on R-584/MRC-20 from the system 
manual.  Cost of a reprint $7.50.  Or $10.00 shipped CONUS, higher elsewhere.

Copy is center-folded, stapled and trimmed.  Not really a lot to it but it 
took nearly three days to scan the main manual and dig through it making sure 
nothing useful was missed and then consolidating it so that there isn't too much 
white space left.  Includes schematic of the modifications (one for BC-348-R 
and one for BC-348-Q), schematic of the Squelch and Noise-Limiter module, 
technical description of how the module works, and some other things like TOC and 
typical usually not too helpful trouble shooting section.  Hopefully if I 
erred in the culling, I did so on the side of keeping too much rather than 
deleting anything useful.
