[Milsurplus] Scr-70 BC-23 receiver

I'm not sure where the information came from and turned out not to have the 
manual to confirm it with but my database says that the BC-23 (part of Radio 
Set SCR-70) is an Autodyne receiver tuning 175-500 KC.
