Been there. Done it. A waste of time, IMO. you're just playing
Whak-A-Mole with different divisions of the same operation.
I know it would likely not help in international deals, but you should
see the letter the USPIS sent to the guy in San Jose who tried to
defraud me. He paid up the day he got it apparently. Jail was his real
option.
