[Milsurplus] Paypal Farce

I just had the opposite experience with the USPS. I got virtually all my
money back (I lost $1.46 in postage) after filing a criminal complaint
for Mail Fraud with the USPIS. Full details in a few days after I'm
certain the MO I got clears.
