[Milsurplus] Unknow PC board ID

In looking for something else in my pyles of stuph I ran accross a PC board 
that may
be in interest/use to someone.  I am not a Hallicrafters list subscriber so 
maybe some-
one can forward it to them.

I have a plug in PC card, looks like a sideband filter assembly, has -2- 
crystal(?) filters
by FILTECH mounted with P/Ns 049-00303 and 304.  Part number on back of 
board
is "Hallicrafters 129-0010024", six Miller miniature cans with bi-polar 
transistors,  7 of
them and one mica trimmer.

Anyone know what this is?  Worth?  Looks like missing one capacitor, C424, 
which due
to age of the style probably leaked and the leads got "ate off".  Otherwise 
appears to be
-maybe new- dunno.  Little storage dirt as the packaged disappeard years 
ago.

I always thought it was an RF Harris board, kept it as have an RF-301 yet to 
restore,
