[Milsurplus] Tube tester TV-7BU

Hi Pete - I had that problem with 6DJ8's which are high gain audio tubes 
on the TV-7 and a couple of Hickok testers. Have not heard of that with 
any octal tubes so maybe something else is wrong with your tester

Dan Nelson, a friend who repairs and rebuilds TV-7's puts ferrite beads 
on the leads going to the sockets and that solved the problem.
