I first met Tony by responding to an ad in the old 
"Ham Trader Yellow Sheets"  mailout in the early
1980s, when i bought from him a GRC-9  ( first of
many, now. ) He was one of the early hard core 
with an already extensive and admirable collection
at that time.
Tony always was helpful and outgoing, a good 
attitude, a straight shooter, and great to know.
In recent times i had thought i really should phone
him and go over some of the many changes in our
lives over the past few years. But i didn't get around
to it; another lesson that time is a river that no matter
what it looks like, is always swiftly rushing by.
