[Milsurplus] AN/URT-3 Navy transmitter

Does anyone have a manual or more info on this beast? Looks like it is an an
autotune version of the AN/SRT-14. 
AM/CW/FSK - I think 100w 2-26mc for one rack and 500w with the outboard
"booster" (modulator + p/s)
Manuf by Federal in the late 50's for shore and shipboard use.
