[Milsurplus] dynamotor repair

Make sure that there isn't a second set screw.  Often, there are two.  If 
that isn't the problem and gentle prying doesn't break it loose, you may have to 
disconnect the leads to the brush holder and remove the casting in order to 
safely put enough force to break the holder loose.
