If the DA-515/U is equivalent to a Bird 8402.

Bird 8402 Termaline RF Coaxial Termination, 600 Watt, Oil-Cooled. Same
specifications as Bird 8401 except that the factory supplied input connector
was QC Type C female instead of a QC type N female and it is supplied with a
dust cap on a ball chain.

There is no derating curve. The only temp spec is ambient which doesn't
help.

I have a similar sized DL, except it is dry, and use a bank of six large
high speed 4 to 5 inch muffin fans arranged 2x3 on a panel that came from
some sort of computer installation. It blows lots of air across the DL to
keep the temp down when it's rating is exceeded.
