[Milsurplus] Overseas versions of US publications.

It's very common with college textbooks - many come in an "international
edition" which is identical to the US edition except for the artwork on the
cover. The paper and printing quality are the same.

These books are often much less expensive than the US editions, and are
readily available from online sellers. I think some of the sellers
re-import the books and ship from stateside stock, while others ship
directly from overseas. I've gotten quite a few of my textbooks that way,
and saved a lot of money. For example, last year I bought a brand-new text
online from a Hong Kong merchant - the shipping cost was surprisingly low, I
had the book in less than a week, and the total was about two-thirds of that
the college bookstore charged!
