[Milsurplus] SCR-284 MWO ??

I'm not certain but the title of MWO-SIG-275-12 mentions PE-104-A and 
Filament Circuit (from a list of MWO's).  The later production PE-104-A's had a shunt 
regulator added across the filament voltage line (selenium of course).
