[Milsurplus] RCA Military Receiver

Hi Perry and friends,

Remember the RCA Coast Guard receiver that sold on E-bay recently?  I just found a brochure in my files that gives its civilian nomenclature, AR-60, designed for commercial and amateur use.  The rack mount version was priced at 475 bucks.

11 tubes, one and 2 tuned RF stages, 3 tuned IF stages with crystal filter, AVC, audio filter.

6D6 RF and IF amps, 6C6 first det. and First oscillator, 6B7 IF amp. second detector, and AVC, 6F7 BFO and audio amp, 41 audio output, 84 rectifier, 991 voltage regulator.

I also spotted it in a photo of an Army diversity setup.

I continue to be jealous.
