[Milsurplus] PRC-47 LSB modification

Just got my PRC-47 set, Govt. rebuilt with all the accessories in the
shipping crate.  (thanks, Mike Murphy!)  Now I want to put it on the air and
a buddy of mine, Ralph KC4ALF told me that I would have to do the LSB
modification to it in order to be used on the 80 meter band.   Can someone
point me in the right direction, perhaps a website with lots of pictures, in
regards to how to do this mod?  Ralph didn't have the info handy, and I'm
pretty stupid when it comes to figuring out custom mods to equipment.
