Yes.  When I was aboard USS Valley Forge 67-68 there was still a (working) 
RCK/TDQ pair in the compartment above the flag bridge.  Never used but I did 
play with them a little which is how I know they still worked.  I don't know how 
many were originally in the space as at that time, the only other radios were 
a pair of AN/SRC-12Y (shipboard AC version of VHF FM AN/VRC-10).
