That's got to be on anyone's list of the silliest ideas ever.
Can you think of anywhere an agent would want to be,
where he wouldn't be caught with this contraption within ten minutes?
Unless he were reporting on the number of range cattle 
in the middle of the desert southwest, and most of the 
watering holes are too small for this thing.
