Dunno whether the PRC47 really does need an export license or not, but be 
aware that soliciting someone to export a licensed article without a license 
is a Federal felony.  Most modern mil stuff won't cross the border for fear 
of running afoul of these laws.  Yes, ridculous for an old piece of crap, 
but that's the problem with big gov't.

You should have these in OZ?  Seems like a lot of stuff from Viet Nam wound 
up down under.
