[Milsurplus] AM-912/TRC Amplifier

Recovered from yard sale AM-912/TRC Amplifier for parts. Dirty with bent 
corners.  removed back plate and top/bottom plates.
All mechanics work.  I noted that the frequency tuning marks goes from 
stop 1, 20, 60 ... to 225 Mhz. The markings go well
 below the published speces on the web of 100 - 225 Mhz?

There are no burns or flash marks around the tube or socket.  Any way is 
there a way to test the tube to see if it is good?

I have no need for the unit but would trade it for some useful vintage 
items.
