[Milsurplus] Code Names

I have seen this code name mentioned as well as Mercury Talk for the HF radio.
I have also seen Mercury Fork and Mercury Grass mentioned.
I think these are all NATO code names.
Does anyone know if there is a list available that defines these code names?
