That's the way I operate my pair, an F and a G. Use the tuning units and
have no problems with one 610 on 40M and the other 610 on 20M. Did
externally mount a Jackson Drive on the 20M tuning unit to make it easier to
adjust the freq. This didn't butcher the tuning unit and it's 100%
reversible.
