[Milsurplus] Power Up BC-348-O

Hi Gang:
Getting ready to power up the BC-348-O after a couple of years. And just 
want to check to make sure that I am doing things correct.On the power 
connector +28 volts to Pins 3 & 4, - 28 volts to Pins 7  & 8.
Do I ground pin 5 audio output also?
T 101A is set to pin 4, 4000 ohms

On the audio output is there a way to tie the rig to a speaker and still 
use the WECo headset?
