[Milsurplus] Hoffman RT-159A / URC-4 Survival Radio

I was going to drop the author a note on the URC-4.  I read the article and
noted he didn't realize the mercury battery pack supplied the B+ as well as
the A+, he mentioned it must have had an "inverter".  Also he missed the
glory as the URC-4 was documented in the "Surplus Radio Conversion Manual"
Vol III, 1960, probably before he was born.

Pretty slick little radio for it's time.
