Yeah... after second thoughts, you're right.

I've put a lot of thought into this.  The point of the scale is not to set 
prices;
market forces will do that.  A serious collector wants to know
how difficult it will be to add to his collection, and also get some idea
of how hard it may be to replace that thing he's about to swap away.
Having that information in common between buyer and seller will
naturally impact market price, but isn't that the way it's supposed to work
for both parties?
Money is secondary to the serious collector; you can get money,
but I can't find the canvas that goes with my SCR-288 for any price ;-).
(I only know of one).  So I think I'll stick with the scale as is,
at least for now.
