[Milsurplus] eBay does it

Yeah...  I saw this one come out late last week. 

The interesting part of it... they claim PayPal will make it easier and safer to deal? 

Since Friday I've been trying to pay for a purchase through PayPal, and after NUMEROUS attempts
(as of this morning, 15 tries) the system is refusing to pay the seller!

So far I've got one PayPal person corresponding by E-mail, and spent a half hour with another 
one on the phone...   SHE was called to explain two mysterious $1.00 charges that appeared on 
my account on Saturday!

She found no plausable reason for the problem...   and begged off with "intermittent system 
glitch that we're chasing down now. It should be resolved shortly".

That was on Sunday.

So far, on Tuesday, no resolution...   and they want to force EVERYBODY to give up the option of 
paying by other means, and deal with this "Charlie Foxtrot" of a computer system???
