You missed the point.  Besides which, aside from a complete SCR-399 (only two 
of which surfaced within the past year) there aren't any military sets worth 
buying that cost enough for the fee to matter anyway.  

And as far as another of your points goes, I have in fact ignored items I 
might otherwise have bought because the seller's only payment method was USPS 
Money Order.  

Besides, PayPal is far cheaper than a standard Merchant Account.  For two 
reasons - their discount rate is lower.  And they have no minimum monthly billing 
requirement.
