[Milsurplus] Collins control - URC-32 maybe URT-23 - puzzled

Nick & the gang -

The Collins P/N 777-1899-000 on your mystery control unit corresponds
to a C-4658/SRC-16 antenna coupler controller.

  Not only the KWT-6 & URC-32 used this hinge-out rackmount scheme -
there was an automatically-tuned variant of the URC-32 which used the
ARC-58 RF deck & synthesizer and was built in this same hinge-out rack
- it had an internal rotary inverter to make 400~ power for the
servosystems. Also built in that same KWT-6 style rack was a
manually-tuned frequency-diversity receiver with two RF decks & two IF
strips.
I have the control head for the automatically-tuned URC-32 - it
amounts to an ARC-58 control head built into the same hinge-out
rackmount enclosure - it is maybe 6" tall. Also have seen these same
hinge-out enclosures with RCA patent decals on them, so maybe Collins
licensed other manufacturers to build some of the later variants.

I don't know much about the SRC-16 but I understand that it was a mix
of URG-0 (URC-32 & ARC-58) and URG-1 family parts. I believe the SRC-16
was very large - Collins referred to it as a "Communications Center".
I hope you can find the rest of it...
