[Milsurplus] Collins control - URC-32 maybe URT-23 - puzzled

I have also acquired a Collins control unit which includes a 1kw directional
coupler, bandswitch, and speaker. It had a sticky tag on it saying URT-23
but I don't understand that because it doesn't look like it belongs to a
URT-23 (and why a speaker?).

It looks like it belongs to a URC-32 (Collins KWT-6) - has the same sort of
hinged rack mounting, but none of the URC-32 photos I can find show anything
like this.
