[Milsurplus] Book on Navy RADAR

I have before me two works by the Navy dept. on teh subject of Navy Radar. NAVSHIPS 900,017 - "Radar Systems Fundamentals" ( April 1944 ) and NAVPERS 16137 -"Text Instructional Aids for Radar Systems Fundamentals" October 1944. Could you be referring to these?
