[Milsurplus] Book on Navy RADAR

My friend told me about a book yesterday, called "Solution of the Navy RADAR Problem" or something like that.  Ring a bell for anyone?  Maybe self-published, it describes the program to train sailors in RADAR materiel during WWII.  Couldn't ID it via google.
