[Milsurplus] Whatzit

The tuning knob is the local control.  Normally installed on the right side 
of the tuning drive on the front of the receiver.  The "T" allowed for 
connecting two tuning heads to one receiver.  Or  one tuning head to two receivers.  
I'll have to say from recent experience that one tuning head connected to one 
receiver feels bad enough.  :-)
