[Milsurplus] Navy RCH Dial Tracking

I recently picked up a pretty beatu-up Navy RCH receiver. I got it playing
but am having trouble with dial tracking. I need your collective wisdom. Here's
what's up:

    1. When I bought the set, the tracking on Band 4 (4.5-12 mhz) was way off.
WWV was pretty close at 5 mhz. However, WWV at 10 mhz came in at about 9.5 mhz.
Sensitivity was decent below 7 mhz but lousy to non-existent above 7 mhz.

    2. I made the alignment adjustments at the top of end of Band 4 (C-142,
C-149 and C-153). I made these adjustments on WWV at 10.0 mhz.

    3. Now, WWV comes in right on the money on 5 and 10 mhz. However, between
those points, the dial is off. For example, 7.2 mhz comes in at about 7.7 mhz.
Sensitivity is good.

    4. Any ideas?

    As always, thanks!

                            Joe Connor
