population and have such things as Pearl Harbor, Fort Shafter &

Gee, I wonder where a good percentage of that $1.39 for every $1.00
goes.  Oh.  Yeah.  That 15% of the population here in the islands.
The rest of the population gets to suck it in with what's left over.

But am I upset?  Goodness gracious no!  See, part of that $1.39 pays
my VA disability pension so keep it coming, brah.  Keep it coming.
