It'll take me a bit to dig out the AN/PRC-74 and AN/PRC-74B manuals and 
confirm which power connector the latter uses but I think I have the part number.

The MS-53 is NOT stackable.  The MS-54 is stackable.  Both of them fit MP-22, 
MP-37 & 57, MP-47, and MP-48 and 48-A.
