[Milsurplus] Translation help

I'm getting my R-800 set on the bench (finally), this
is the Russian SCR-522 clone. These radios came out
of some imported MIGs, and the wording may not be
Russian, I think it may be Polish, but not certain.

I'm going to be doing some reverse engineering on these
sets, as I have no documentation, but the layout is fairly
open, and it shouldn't be too hard to figure things out.

But, does anyone know what the following mean?

CZULOSC (my guess is either volume or squelch, as it is the label for a
pot on the receiver)

the following three are the label for a switch on the receiver

ORGANICZ
WLACZ
WYLACZ

I'm pretty sure MASA means either ground or earth.

Any help out there? Thanks
