Are some of these to be spares? The numbers are wrong, and the 1626 isn't used at all. The T-47/ART-13 only requires from your list:
    (2) 811
    (2) 1625 (Unless a O-16 or O-17 LF/MF unit is installed)
    (1) 12SJ7
    (2) 12SL7GT
    (1) 12SA7
    (1) 837
    (0) 1626 (???)

Not listed are:
    (1) 813
    (2) 6V6GT

The U-11 is only required if you are using the SA-22/ART-13 LF/MF antenna switch (with CU-25 or CU-26/ART-13 external LF/MF tank coil) or the CU-32/ART-13A (external LF/MF tank coil and antenna switch), either of which are only required for LF/MF operation with the O-16/ART-13 or O-17/ART-13A LF/MF unit. The U-11 causes the proper antenna switching to occur in the SA-22 or CU-32. If you are attaching these units, you'll also need a U-12/U.

The U-8/U is only required if you are using the remote control units C-87/ART-13, C-405A/A, or C-740/ART-13. If the C-87 or C-740 control is to be used, you'll also need a U-6/U.

For ham utilization of the T-47 where no attempt is being made to faithfully reproduce the military system configuration, only the U-7/U is required in order to provide power connections and PA current metering circuit connection to the T-47. If you are connecting to a DY-11, -12, -17, or 17A dynamotor, you'll also need a U-9/U (to T-47) and a U-10/U (to 28 vdc).
