[Milsurplus] VHF Antenna

Anyone know the details of a 100 - 156 MHz
VHF antenna that was part of a portable
station that centered around the 522 and
and AC generator.  The antenna looked like
a j-pole, but the two elements were stuck
down into a non-metalic cylinder about
five inches wide and about 7 inches long.
The coax connector was on the bottom.
The set included a non-metalic mast 30 feet
or so tall.  The antenna fitted into the
top of the mast.  I'm hoping to find a
drawing or even one of the antennas itself.
