[Milsurplus] Help ID Signal Corps Crystal Tester

Hi
There are a number of more modern crystal testers out there. Some of
them are available pretty cheap on the surplus market. If nothing else
they are easier to maintain than some of the old TS sets. Accuracy
wise the new ones may be better. It's been a long time since the
Signal Corps stopped correlating those beasts.
