[Milsurplus] Help ID Signal Corps Crystal Tester

Bob,

As to why I would want one, I sell a lot of surplus crystals for sets like 
the BC-611 and statistically about 5% turn up dead (but repairable, but you have 
to know it's dead in order to know you need to repair it).  However, I have 
the full set of Signal Corps rack mounted testers.  The reason I was asking 
about this one is that someone I know asked me to see whether I could help ID it. 
 He had one as a young ham in the 50's, so I guess it's probably like people 
who want a DX-20 for the same reason.  Nostalga.
