[Milsurplus] headphones for PRC-47

Mike,

Both the original USMC Operator's manual from 1962 and the Army one from 1974 
call for H-233 or H-233/PRC-47.  Both require CX-8396/PRC-47, which is a wye 
cable.  I don't see any reference in the PRC-47 docs to H-113/U, although with 
CX-2098/U I guess it would be usable.  FWIW, H-233 is Headset-Boom Microphone 
H-70 modified by removal of the mic.  The first complete in the transit case 
AN/PRC-47 that I had came with a modified H-70.

The MX-xxxx could be from someone using the nomenclature of one of the two 
cushions as the headset nomenclature.
