[Milsurplus] Fair Radio and PRC-47s Fair Radio repairable

Mike -
My experience with Fair Radio repairable classification has been 
"unchecked", unless they post missing parts, meters .....
but it is a risk that you may have to take.  All 3 of the various units 
I have purchased under the "repairable classification" , required 
cleaning and alignment.  Not junk.  I could have been lucky.
