[Milsurplus] Fair Radio and PRC-47s

I am tempted to pick up one of the $175 PRC-47s that
Fair Radio has.  However, the listing states that they
are "repairable".  Are they parts rigs, with half the
components toasted or missing?  Physical damage like
being run over?  Missing a tube or two?  Repairable
could mean a multitude of things.  Has anyone picked
up one of these from Fair Radio, and how bad are they?
