Thanks David and Frank.
The sum of personal experiences (help) dictate MY opinion. So I posit:
IMHO is a cop-out. My experiences clearly do not relate to everyone's
and vice-versa. The humility (read: humble) comes with taking the risk
that your opinion may offend someone, and placing a preamble, or
disclaimer on a statement that is an opinion has just as much validity
as the opinion itself. Please correct me if I am too far off on this.
It is great that such an entity as eBay can serve as a golden calf or a
whipping post, and those who wish to take the risk are the players.
Love it or hate it, you are free to be passionate about either one.
I still believe that the nature of eBay is statistical balance; if you
run a certain traffic stop sign long enough, you will get a ticket.
Cheers !

How incredibly opinionated.
PIAs certainly can be another's IMHO and visa versa.
I have always had trouble with (In My Humble Opinion). I
have never seen a HUMBLE opinion. Folk who are opinionated
are seldom humble and often wrong.
I can certainly appreciate both sides of this coin. Money
Orders can be a PIA. I once tried to cash a USPS money
order at the post office and they did not have enough cash
on hand to make the transaction. The money order was for 50
dollars.
On the other hand I once received a check from an accountant
that bounced.
I have never tried paypal and probably never will. In my
unhumble opinion, paypal has too much potential for fraud.
